| Zonal Heads | Minimum 3 years’ experience as Zonal/ Cluster Head in any Bank/ NBFC. | Credit Underwriters (Digital/ Non-Digital) | Minimum 3 years’ experience in sanctioning digital/ non-digital loan products such as Car loan, Loan Against Property, Housing loan. |
| Relationship Managers (Credit Profile) | Minimum 2 years’ experience in analysis & appraisal of credit proposals or general proposals pertaining to the unit. Managing relationships with customers and sourcing new business. |
