IIT Indore Non Teaching Recruitment 2025

Indian Institute of Technology Indore (IIT Indore) has published employment notification for recruitment of Non Teaching Positions – Engineers, Junior Superintendent, Junior Assistant and Engineer positions.

The last date for registration of online applications is 30th January 2025.

Pay Scale and Age Limit:

 Educational Qualification and Experience:

1- Executive Engineer (Civil): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering + 05 years experience in the relevant field.

2- Medical Officer: MD Medicine or MD/MS Obstetrics and gynaecology, Surgery, or any clinical branch + Minimum 02 years experience.

3- Assistant Registrar: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent with an excellent academic record. Minimum 03 years experience.

4- Senior Engineer (Civil): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years relevant experience (OR) 03 years Diploma in Civil with at least 5 years of experience.

5- Assistant Security Officer: Bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Reasonable knowledge of firefighting Experience/ Protocol Management/ VIP Movement/ Liaison and conducting probes/ inquiries/ investigations. Minimum 06 years experience.

Junior Superintendent:

1- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience as Junior Assistant.

2- Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of computer operations and 02 years of relevant experience.

 Selection Process:

The BSF Sports Quota recruitment selection on the basis of following selection methods:

1- Documents Verification (Checking of Testimonials / Documents)
2- Measurement of Physical Standard (PST)
3- Detailed Medical Examination (DME).

Application Fee:

1- ₹ 500/- for General (UR) Candidates and ₹ 300/- for OBC (NCL) and EWS category candidates .
2- No fee for SC / ST / PwBD / Regular employees of IIT Indore / Female Candidates.
3- The fee should be made through Online Payment Mode (Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Wallets / Net Banking etc.)

How to Apply:

1- Eligible candidates must apply online through IIT Indore official website (recruitments.iiti.ac.in). The candidates are required to fill online application format.

2- All self-attested certificates are to be uploaded in a pdf file along with the online application form.

3- The last date for submission of online application is 30/01/2025 up to 05:00 p.m.
