- Stenographer Grade II: 22,000 – 97,000 with Grade Pay 9700 and other allowances admissible as per Rules.

Educational Qualification:
1. Stenographer Grade II
- Candidates should have completed a Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) from a recognized university.
- Should possess Diploma / Certificate in Stenography / Shorthand.
- Knowledge of the Official Language of the state of Assam (Assamese).
- The candidate must possess an Employment exchange registration number for the state of Assam.
2. Stenographer Grade III
- Candidates should have completed the High Secondary examination (Matric with 12th class Pass). Diploma / Certificate in Stenography / Shorthand.
- Knowledge of the Official Language of the state of Assam (Assamese).
- The candidate must possess Employment exchange registration number for the state of Assam.
