Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited (FSNL) invites applications for recruitment of Executive Category on Contract Basis for a period of 01 year, which can be extended for a further period of total 05 years (one year at a time) based on operational requirements and satisfactory performance. The last date for submission of applications is 31st March 2021.

✅ Age Limit: (As on 31/12/2020)

✔️ Junior Manager: Below 30 years
✔️ Assistant Manager: Below 34 years
✔️ Assistant General Manager: Below 52 years

✅ Consolidated Pay:

✔️ Junior Manager: ₹ 40,000/- per month
✔️ Assistant Manager: ₹ 50,000/- per month
✔️ Assistant General Manager: ₹ 90,000/- per month

✅ Educational Qualifications:

✔️ Operations: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronics/ Mining/ Metallurgical/ Production Engg. from a recognized University/Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE. Diploma holders from a Recognized University/ an institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode, approved by UGC/AICTE, in the above discipline can also apply.

✔️ Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance: Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics Engg. from a recognized University/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE. Diploma holders from a Recognized University/ an institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode, approved by UGC/AICTE, in the above discipline can also apply.

Materials Management: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with atleast two years MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Materials Management/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Marketing/ International Trade, from a Recognized University/ Institution of Repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE.

✔️ Finance and Accounts: CA//ICMA/MBA(Finance) from a recognized university/Institute of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode, approved by UGC/AICTE.

Personnel and Administration: Graduate in any discipline with Two years MBA or PGDBA having specialization in Human Resources Management from a Recognized University/ Institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by AICTE/UGC or Post Graduate Degree in Labour and Social Welfare or two years Diploma in Personnel Management, MA in Sociology from a Recognized University/Institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode, approved by UGC/AICTE. Degree in Law from a recognized university/ institution of repute/Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE, will be an added advantage.
