Diesel Loco Modernisation Works Recruitment 2021

DMW Indian Railways, Government of India invites online applications for recruitment of Apprentices in various trades under Apprenticeship Act, 1961. The last date for submission of online applications is 31st March 2021.

✅ Trade wise Vacancies:

✔️ Electrician – 70
✔️ Mechanic (Diesel) – 40
✔️ Machinist – 32
✔️ Fitter – 23
✔️ Welder (G&E) – 17

✅ Age Limit:

✔️ Minimum 15 years and Maximum 24 years as on 31s March 2021.
✔️ Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC / ST and 03 years for OBC.

✅ Stipend:

✔️ During 1st Year of Training: ₹ 7000 Per Month
✔️ During 2nd Year of Training: ₹ 7700 Per Month
✔️ During 3rd Year of Training: ₹ 8050 Per Month

✅ Educational Qualifications:

✔️ Minimum 8th standard Pass for Welder trade.
✔️ 10+2 / Matriculation with 12th class pass with minimum 50% marks for other trades.

✅ During Training: 02 years ITI in relevant trade affiliated by NCVT / SCVT.

Selection Process: On the Based of 8th Std / 10+2 marks.

✅ Application Fee:

✔️ ₹ 100/- + Processing fee for General / OBC category candidates.
✔️ No fee for SC / ST / PwD / Women candidates.

Step 1: Click “Apprentices” button drop down menu “Candidates Registration” option “Submit” Registration Number.
Step 2: Click “Apprentices” button drop down menu “Apply for Apprenticeship” option:-
State – Select -> Punjab, District – Select -> Patiala, Type of Establishment – Select -> Central Government.,
Step 3: “Search” – “Diesel Loco Modernisation Works Patiala” – “Apply”.

The last date for submission of online applications is 31/03/2021 (For far flung area candidates – 07/04/2021).
