Place of Posting:

Age Limit:

1-Manager: Maximum 45 years for Sr. Business Development Executive, Maximum 35 years for all others.
2-Executive Operations: Maximum 35 years
3-Sub Staff: Maximum 35 years

Remuneration:

1-Manager: ₹ 4.20 lac to ₹ 4.80 lac per annum
2- Executive Operations:₹ 3 lac to ₹ 3.6 lac per annum
3- Sr. Business Development Executive: ₹ 10 lakh per annum
4- Business Development Executive: ₹ 6.00 per annum
5- Sub Staff: ₹ 16 lac to ₹ 2.40 lac per annum

 Eligibility Criteria:

1- Manager: MBA Finance or CA/CA Intern.

2- Manager (Safe Keeping of Document Services): MBA Operational Management/ General Management/ Marketing or Equivalent Qualification.

3- Executive Operations: Any Graduate.

4- Sr. Business Development Executive: Any Degree. Preferable – MBA Marketing/ Finance, CS, Law degree.

5 – Business Development Executive: Degree in any discipline. Preferable – MBA Marketing/Finance, CS, Law degree.

6-  Executive Operations: Maximum 35 years

7-   Sub Staff: Minimum 8th Standard Pass (Matric & Fresher may apply).

 Selection Process:

The CFSL Contractual posts 2025 selection of candidates will be based on the following steps:-
