✅ Qualification and Experience:

✔️ Chief Compliance Officer: Graduate with CAIIB. At least 15 years in the banking or financial services, out of which minimum 5 years should be at Senior Management levelin Audit / Finance / Compliance / Legal / Risk Management functions.

✔️ Chief Financial Officer: Qualified Chartered Accountant. 15 years in overseeing Financial operations preferably Accounting and Taxation matters in Banks/ Large Corporates/PSUs/FIs (of which five years should be at Senior Management Level)
